Refund policy

At Golden Radiance Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship. All sales are final. Due to the custom and/or made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will gladly review the situation and, if the product is deemed faulty, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
